Instant Pot Pro Crisp + Air Fryer, the ultimate combined version
The Instant Pot Pro Crisp + Air Fryer is one of Instant Brands electric pressure cooker models. They call it the "Instant Pot that air fries" model because it combines its pressure cooking capabilities with an air fryer. Helatest version of this pressure cooker + air fryerit takes some things from the Duo Evo Plus, including the in-line design pressure cooker lid and dial-based front panel.
The Pro Crisp is currently only available in an 8 liter model with a black stainless steel body.
Instant Brands calls it the 11-in-1 Instant Pot because it has 11 smart programs. It replaces multiple kitchen appliances while increasing the speed at which you can prepare your meals.
For cooking in two different ways, the Pro Crisp comes with 2 lids: one for pressure cooking and one for frying at room temperature.
It has some of the basic smart programs the company offers in its other electric pressure cookers, but not all. In addition, it has 5 smart programs specific to the airfryer lid.

Instant Pot Duo Crisp, the first blended version
The Instant Pot Duo Crisp was launched by Instant Brands in November 2019. They call it one of their “instant air fry pot” models. It also combines multiple kitchen appliances into one device, and it also combines two cooking modes.
The "duo" in the name refers to the 2 pressure cooking levels it has. Your original pressure cooker model only had one pressure. Duo Crisp is available in two sizes: 6 liters and 8 liters.

What are the differences between Instant Pot Pro Crisp and Duo Crisp?
In general, Duo Crisp and Pro Crisp are pressure cookers that come with air frying functions and the same smart programs.

Each model has a different inner lining
The Pro Crisp comes with the new stove safe liner with easy grip handles and a flat bottom introduced with the Duo Evo Plus. If you have an existing Instant Pot that is the same quart size, the older Inner Pot will not be compatible with this model.
The new lined design handles really make it easy to remove a hot pot from the base.
Pro Crisp has smooth steam release
Another interesting feature of the Pro Crisp is the smooth delivery of the vapor, which was also introduced in the Duo Evo Plus. Instead of worrying about the layer of vapor on your roof, theupdated lid on this modelcontrols the release of steam when you're done cooking.

The Air Fryer's updated lid is approximately an inch shorter than the original version. Depending on how you store your Instant Pot, this could come in handy as well.
Duo Crisp is available in a 6 liter option
One of the biggest differences between the Instant Pot Pro Crisp and the Duo Crisp is that the Duo Crisp comes in a 6 liter model. This is the smallest currently available, so if you want a smaller3 liter instant potand fryer, you need to buy two different kitchen appliances.

Maximum temperature on Pro Crisp is warmer
If you look side by side at the Air Fry Lid's smart programs, you'll see that the Pro Crisp's maximum temperature has increased to 450F. The maximum temperature for Duo Crisp is 400 F.
Depending on what you are cooking, the extra hot level can be useful, especially when using the grill function. And remember that the grill function on both models does not allow you to adjust the temperature.
